Return, refund and exchange policy.

All our products come with a 30-day risk-free exchange and return policy, excluding items marked as Final Sale. To qualify for a return, items must be unworn (except for trying on), unwashed, unaltered, and returned in their original packaging.

General return questions

Can I return a sale item?
All orders can be returned or exchanged within 30 days of purchase, except for items marked as Final Sale. These sale items are NOT eligible for return or exchange.

What should I do if I receive a damaged or defective item?
Contact our amazing support team at [email protected], and we’ll assist you right away.

If I exchange an item, when will I receive the replacement?

Once we’ve received your return, our automated system will process your replacement order. You’ll receive an email notification as soon as the exchange has been processed.

When will I get my refund, and how much will be refunded?

After we receive your returned items, we’ll process your refund and credit it to your original payment method. It may take 3-10 business days for your bank to process the refund. We refund the cost of the returned items, excluding the original shipping costs.

International returns: Refunds for international orders may take up to 21 business days to appear in your original payment method after the items are received at our warehouse.


I have not received my refund?

Cancelled orders
If you see a charge on your credit card for a cancelled order, it is probably just a pre-authorisation and not a payment. If you paid via PayPal, the cancelled order should have automatically generated a refund to your account.

Credit card refunds
Allow up to 7 working days for the money to be refunded to your payment method.

iDeal, Bancontact en PayPal refunds
These usually take place immediately, so if you have received confirmation that a refund has taken place but do not see it in your account, please contact us directly so we can investigate further.
